Global Expo Insights continuously gathers data through online registration portals, confirming attendees for the upcoming event. To encourage registrations, we offer coupons to attendees, providing discounts on the base price. This incentivizes them to register through our site and opt-in to share their information. Additionally, we conduct email surveys to identify those interested in attending the current year’s event.

Yes, we refresh the list every 10 days. Once we receive contacts from the registration portal, we verify them and add them to our master database. You will receive the updated contacts after our re-verification process at no additional cost.

We do not offer refunds, but we have a replacement policy. Before starting the project, we will make a contract with you detailing the replacement guarantee and other relevant information. If any data issues arise during the contract period, we will provide a 1-for-1 replacement within 30 days at no additional cost.

Once you purchase these contacts from us, you have complete list ownership. You can use the list for any marketing purposes with no restrictions. You can also share this data with your entire sales team.

There is no obligation or deadline to acquire these contacts. You can book them either before or after the event.

The list will be delivered in Excel Spreadsheet or CSV format.
